1) Is shipping FREE to my doorstep?
Yes, please choose "Residential Home Delivery" or “Doorstep Delivery” option at checkout for delivery directly to your home with a scheduled 4-hour window delivery appointment with the shipping carrier.
2) What if I am not home when the bike arrives for delivery?
No need to worry, the shipping carrier will call you 1-2 days before arriving at your home and schedule a 4-hour window delivery appointment if you've chosen the "Residential Home Delivery" option.
3) Will I receive a tracking #?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked online using the carrier’s website.
4) Is my warranty transferrable if I plan to sell my VENOM vehicle? Unfortunately, the warranty is NON-transferrable and cannot be issued to a new buyer.
5) If I am being charged tax at the checkout, will I be required to pay tax again when I register my bike at the DMV?
No, you will not need to pay tax again at the DMV if tax was charged during checkout. The Bill of Sale will include the Tax ID, and all tax payments will be remitted to your DMV.
6) Do the bikes come with any warranty?
Yes, all VENOM Motorcycles/Moped/Super Pocket Bikes/Dirt Bikes and ATVs purchased from us at Venom Motorsports come with a 1-YEAR Standard parts replacements warranty. 7) Is it safe to provide my SSN for financing with Venom Motorsports?
Yes, financing with Venom Motorsports is secure and risk-free. All finance companies offered by Venom Motorsports are legitimate. Please visit the finance company’s website for more information on how they collect your information. Click here to visit our Financing page.
8) How does LAYAWAY work?
We offer layaway as a convenient payment option. No credit check needed. You'll need to put a deposit on the bike of your choice to open an account. You can make payments at your own pace with no fixed schedule. Layaway does not guarantee or reserve a specific model, but it sets a bike aside from the following batch of units. 9) How long do I have to pay off my layaway account?
You have 10 months to pay off your layaway. If paid off within 10 months, there are no interest or service fees. However, if you need more time, there's a $69 charge to extend for an additional 3 months.
10) How do I make another payment towards my layaway?
Making additional payments is easy. Use the same email address each time you make a payment, and your payments will be tracked in your account. Click here to visit our Layaway page to make a payment.
11) I've started a layaway, but I'd like to cancel it.
All layaways are non-refundable, but you can cancel your Layaway Account. You can apply the total payments made toward in-store credit via Gift Card or towards any item at our store. Email us here: help@VenomMotorsportsUSA.com
12) I notice the price changed from when I started my Layaway, what do I do? If the price of the product changes after you've started a layaway, you will be required to pay the daily price of the vehicle when completing your layaway. If the price has dropped since you started your Layaway, you may complete your final layaway payment today to secure today's price.
13) Can I start Layaway on a vehicle on sale and reserve the sale price? Layaway does not reserve the sale price. Your Layaway Account will be finalized once the final payment is made on the price of the vehicle on that day.
14) Are your bikes street legal?
Yes, ALL Motorcycles & Moped/Scooters sold by Venom Motorsports are street legal. They come with the necessary documentation for registration.
15) Do I need a motorcycle license to ride my bike?
In most states, any moped/scooter below 50cc does NOT require a motorcycle license to operate. Anything above 50cc will require you to have a motorcycle license to register. Click here to view all of our 50cc and below motorcycles.
16) Are the 50cc Venom bikes considered a moped/scooter that does not need a motorcycle license?
Yes! If you reside in a state that does not require a motorcycle license for a bike that is under 50cc, these bikes qualify for this as they are rated as 49.4cc. Click here to view all of our 50cc and below motorcycles.
17) Does Venom manufacture their own bikes?
Yes, all our bikes are designed in Canada and manufactured in China overseas. We warranty our own bikes and provide support.
18) When will the X19 110cc Pocket Bike return in stock?
The Venom x19 110cc has been discontinued and will no longer be available. For current pocket bikes/motorcycles, please click HERE to view everything in stock and available for purchase now.
19) When will I receive my tracking number after placing an order?
Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email provided during checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note the following processing times before receiving a tracking number:
- 80% Assembled Vehicle: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping.
- 90% Assembled Vehicle: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping.
- Fully Assembled, Inspected, and Tested Vehicle: Please allow 4-6 business days for assembly, testing, and packaging. The tracking number will be sent upon pickup.
- Parts: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipping.
20) How long does delivery take after my order ships out?
Delivery within the USA will take 3-8 business days once shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary due to natural causes.
21) Is my shipment secure and insured?
Yes, all orders are fully insured during transit. Please inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing.
22) What should I do on the day of delivery?
Inspect the bike for any damages or missing pieces before signing for it. If you notice any issues, have the driver mark them on the shipping label.
23) My bike has some scratches or damages. What do I do?
If your bike arrives with damages, report them within 48 hours by sending photos and the VIN # and Order # to us via email. Failure to do so may result in a denied warranty claim.
24) I ordered a bike, when will I receive my MCO Title and Bill of Sale?
Your MCO and Bill of Sale will be included either in an envelope via UPS Express or inside the package with your motorcycle, depending on where your bike is shipped from.
25) Are there any discounts if I purchase 3+ units at a time?
Yes, please contact our sales team at 1-855-984-1612 or send an email to sales@venommotorsportsusa.com for information on discounts for bulk purchases.
26) I've lost my MCO Title and Bill of Sale. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, replacements can be sent at a fee of $129.95, which includes tracking.
27) My bike arrived with damage, what do I do?
Report any damage within 48 hours of receiving delivery by sending photos to us. We will replace damaged parts at no charge.
28) I want to exchange my order, what do I do?
We do not accept exchanges once your unit has been shipped due to the cost of shipping. All sales are final.
29) What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL.
30) I received a customs invoice for a part, what do I do?
Some products may incur customs fees from the shipping company. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. For more information, please contact us.
31) The tracking information on my package hasn't updated in a while, what do I do?
Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping information to become available on the carrier’s website, especially for large shipments. Contact the shipping carrier for additional information.
32) Do you ship to Hawaii or internationally?
Yes, we offer shipments to Hawaii and worldwide. Shipping fees apply, and delivery times vary. Email us for a quote or call us for more information.
33) How to Finance Your Ride with Venom Motorsports
Financing your dream vehicle with Venom Motorsports has never been simpler. We understand that getting the bike of your dreams should be hassle-free, and we've streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to finance your new ride with us:
Step A: Choose Your Vehicle Begin by selecting the vehicle of your choice from our extensive collection. Pick your preferred color, warranty, and helmet options to personalize your ride.
Step B: Click on 'BUY IT NOW' Once you've customized your vehicle, click on the 'BUY IT NOW' button to add it to your cart.
Step C: View Cart You'll be redirected to your shopping cart. Here, you can review your selection and make any final adjustments.
Step D: Review Terms & Conditions Before proceeding, carefully review our Terms & Conditions. Once you've read and understood them, check the box to indicate your agreement.
Step E: Checkout Click on the 'CHECKOUT' button to move forward.
Step F: Enter Contact Information Provide your contact information, including your email address, shipping address, and phone number. This information ensures a smooth delivery process.
Step G: Shipping Method Select your preferred shipping method and click 'Continue to Payment.'
Step H: Choose Your Finance Option At this stage, you'll see all available payment methods. Look for the Finance Options section, where you can choose from various financing partners. Many of these options require no down payment.
Step I: Complete Your Order Select the financing option that suits you best, and scroll down to the green 'Complete Order' button.
Step J: Pre-Approval You will be redirected to the Pre-Approval Form, where you can complete the necessary information. The decision for approval is often made instantly.
Step K: Payment Options Upon approval, you can choose your preferred monthly payment plan, allowing you to tailor your financing to your budget.
Step L: Finalize Your Order Congratulations! You're now on your way to owning the bike you've always wanted. Confirm your order and finalize the purchase.
Step M: Order Confirmation Shortly after completing your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Within 1-3 business days, you'll also receive your tracking number for shipment.
